- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a flexible and will work with you to help stay in your budget within reason. I'll beat anyone's prices. Without cutting corners. Do the job Right and Do the costumer Right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free consultation with either myself or my Project Coordinator to come out to site, accurately measure and quote work to be done and then provide customer with quote on the spot. Once the quote is accepted we require a down payment of 30% to reserve installation and material delivery. Once materials are shipped and installation is starting another 30% is due, and upon successful completion of the project and customer acceptance we will collect the final payment of 40% at the turnover of finished project to customer. WE WILL NOT EVER TAKE ON MORE THAN WE CAN HANDLE OR HAVE CUSTOMERS' SITTING ON BURNERS WAITING FOR US TO COME AND FINISH UP THEIR JOBS. WE START TO FINISH EVERYTHING AND TREAT ALL PROJECTS AS IF WE WAS PAYING THE BILL AND IT WAS FOR OUR OWN PROPERTY.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in remodeling and handyman service work for about 10 years. My Project Coordinator has been certified as home inspector, roofing inspection, fire and water mediation, deck building, fence installation and in the business most of her life. The both of us combined have 25yrs of remodeling experience and are passionate about everything we do.
