What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New holiday light is priced per foot, additional charge for timer and takedown. 20% discount offered for seasons after, with an additional 10% if a referral is provided and the referral has lights installed as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is necessary to have an idea of what colors or pattern are desired, as well as how much of and what area of the house/building needs to be lit, that is why we offer free in person estimates! All installs are warrantied as long as a customer is with Lights and Ladders at no additional cost! Lights are owned and stored by customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Full time firefighter, comfortable on ladders and with heights. Previously did Christmas Light Installation for another company before starting my own!
