Established in Kansas City in 2016, Grace & Gleam Cleaning Services, formerly known as Rachel Maid Cleaning Services, is immensely proud to have gained the majority of our clients through outstanding work, consistently delivering high-quality, recurring services with meticulous attention to detail in every step of the house cleaning process.
Almost all of our current customers came to us through word-of-mouth recommendations.

I used them for the first time and received a deep clean of my entire home. It was very much needed and they did such as amazing job! I was very impressed by all of the attention to detail and my house smells wonderful! I will be using them again for sure!

I have a three level house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Rachel and her two helpers cleaned for the first time today and I absolutely could not be happier! I work a LOT (now at home with 100% teleworking) and have always had cleaning services/housekeepers. I know good work and good value. Rachel was not only professional (she visited first to look at my house and give me an estimate) but was very flexible when I needed to push back our appointment time because of a meeting. Her (and her team's) work was outstanding. She directed and instructed the younger workers how to do things properly! I have allergies and also two non-shedding indoor cats. Every surface was clean and well dusted, items were actually moved to make sure it was a thorough job, vacuuming was thorough and methodical, the bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling, the cleaning products Rachel uses have a pleasant, fresh and NOT overbearing scent, my fridge (an extra service I requested) was gleaming, and the cost was very reasonable and fair. Plus, they were fast! Rachel and her team will be here taking care of my house every three weeks! Thank you so much, Rachel!
