Introduction: Established in Kansas City since 2016, Rachel Maid Cleaning Services is immensely proud to have won the majority of our clients through great work focused on recurring quality of services and attention to details in every step of house cleaning. Almost all of our current customers were conquered by recommendations of our services (word-of-mouth marketing) and only in 2019, we decided to expand our operation by using Thumbtack’s app. One of our customers maybe is your neighbor if you live in Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, Lenexa, Plaza area and Missouri, contact me and I'll be happy to provide you referrals. Rachel Maid Cleaning has been wonderful. Their quality of work is much better than other cleaners I’ve used. They can actually get the dirt off the floor. They are very reasonably priced for what they do.

I have a three level house with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Rachel and her two helpers cleaned for the first time today and I absolutely could not be happier! I work a LOT (now at home with 100% teleworking) and have always had cleaning services/housekeepers. I know good work and good value. Rachel was not only professional (she visited first to look at my house and give me an estimate) but was very flexible when I needed to push back our appointment time because of a meeting. Her (and her team's) work was outstanding. She directed and instructed the younger workers how to do things properly! I have allergies and also two non-shedding indoor cats. Every surface was clean and well dusted, items were actually moved to make sure it was a thorough job, vacuuming was thorough and methodical, the bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling, the cleaning products Rachel uses have a pleasant, fresh and NOT overbearing scent, my fridge (an extra service I requested) was gleaming, and the cost was very reasonable and fair. Plus, they were fast! Rachel and her team will be here taking care of my house every three weeks! Thank you so much, Rachel!
