- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flex fee base, meaning that if we can help you in a couple of hours, we will charge on an hourly basis. If we are looking at a full room remodel such as a kitchen or bath, we move to a flat fee which caps the fee structure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll meet with you for an initial consultation in your home to see the space, talk about how you use, how we can improve the functionality, your vision (or inspiration), take pictures and measurements. If your project is more involved, we'll go back to the studio create then meet with you to present the design. Where you go from there can take several avenues...
