What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive and in line with industry standards. Prices are derived from selecting the best materials and fair pricing on labor
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the initial phone call. The goal is to assess how we can best serve the customer. The next step is a site analysis where our technicians come out to survey the property. Quite often, we were able to offer a solution and a price right then and there. If not a speedy delivery of a pricing proposal will be delivered to the customer.
Once the invoice is approved, a 50% deposit will be collected. A service date will be issued.
When the work begins, the project total is not requested until the customer has had a final walk-through and is 100% satisfied.
