Diane L. says, "As someone who battled anxiety & depression for a very long time, I had become almost immobilized with managing the volume of paperwork in my life, as well as sorting through piles of clothing. I knew it was going to catch up with me at some point, and it certainly did when I fell out in the community on Nov. 4th and sustained a major injury, and am about to begin my 8th week of surgical treatment and long term rehabilitation. Although I still don't know when I will finally return to my home, I know that I will require in-home private duty care for an unknown length of time, and I knew I could not bring care givers into my home given its condition when I last left it. Thus, RESPONSIVENESS is one of Tiffany's qualities that most impressed me. I didn't know where to start, so I did a Google search. Based on my search, I emailed Tiffany on Sunday, Dec. 7th, and she called me that afternoon (to my great surprise because it was a Sunday.) Tiffany didn't act at all hurried on the phone and scheduled me the following Sunday, Dec. 14. She was totally non-judgemental as she carefully listened to me and explained how she would perform the work from the outset to completion of the project. She was equally clear & concise as she explained the pricing for the work, and the price she gave me at the end of the work was exactly what she quoted at the beginning. My confidence grew as we continued to talk and I began to feel like I had, rather miraculously, found the person who was going to be able to get me into a position where I could finally start to tackle the work after I got home. I still haven't been able to assess the QUALITY OF THE WORK because I am still in an inpatient rehab setting. However, my brother & sister-in-law reported that the rooms look "amazing," and have shared the many pictures they took and I could scarcely believe what Tiffany accomplished. It's been a huge boost for me during my slow recovery, and I feel so grateful for the impact she has had on my life."See more
