- How did you get started doing this type of work?See my bio for a more in depth explanation. I grew up active and have always had a burning motivation to achieve more than others. My relentless pursuit of knowledge to use for my own means allowed me to share my knowledge and passion with others to help them improve in their own lives. I have not found anything more rewarding and it is such a privilege to be able to do such a satisfying service as my "job".
- What types of customers have you worked with?Every client is completely different and unique. It's like each person is a unique puzzle that I am eager to use my knowledge to solve. Although I can tailor a health and fitness program to anyone's needs, I especially love working with those that are wanting to change their body dramatically, not just sustain. Change happens internally before externally and I love being able to help people achieve results they never thought possible through my investigative model.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?In the link above I shared a success story from my most notable client. Although I no longer work with her, I was able to be a part of an amazing transformation in which the individual lost 130 lbs. in roughly a year and a half, while gaining exceptional lean mass, and above all else improving her confidence and quality of life.
