- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not in business to make money; rather, my goal is to provide a quality service at a fair price based on a customer's ability to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a retired licensed professional counselor, I ask lots of questions. In turn, I expect my customers to do their share of the work. For example, I might ask clients to complete questionnaires about their work experience and provide specific job descriptions as I prepare a targeted resume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in counseling, and a bachelor's in secondary education, with a major in English. I also have lots of post-graduate coursework that enhanced my professional skills and kept me updated in my field.
