- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have 3 different price points on our photo packages and add-on discounts on all other services. We price according to listing price for residential real estate to ensure we have enough photos to properly market each property. If your job request does not fall into this category (commercial, before/afters. etc.) we will customize pricing to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to speak with new customers on the phone to ensure I have clarification on all there needs. We want to be there marketing team (that they don't have to pay full time!) and customize each job with our diverse products and creativity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Melissa has 5+ years of photography, graphic design and sales management experience with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from MSU Denver.
