The first thing that struck me about my 'computer saver' was his outgoing personality. I am very ignorant about the IT section of a computer, and Edmund put me at ease immediately. He was very professional, answered my questions as he was working and explained what he was doing at different time of the recovery of my system. Then he installed an external backup disk for my computer, something I was never aware that could be done. I would have liked to have chosen all 5 options of working with Network Solution LLC. The value of the work done, for me, in terms of monetary value, is priceless.

We initially contacted Network Solution because our iphones were running really slow and we needed new batteries for our ipads. Hash and Ed arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous, and listened as we explained our problems. We have really old phones and ipads which is why we are having trouble. They patiently explained our options and the benefits of each and what was possible if we stayed with our current scenario. We really appreciated that they weren't pushy with making a decision. They took our ipads and made an appt to return in a few days with them. That gave us a few days to consider our options and when they returned with the ipads, we told them we would like to upgrade our wifi to a mesh system. They made an appt for a few days later. This was a great experience and we wouldn't hesitate to contact them for all of our technology needs. Prompt and thorough service - right in our home! We highly recommend using their services!
