- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a fee for service provider. My rate of $120.00 is based on the industry and my geographic area. I do offer a limited number of clients a 20% discount, based on their ability to pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have three licenses. Each are renewable every two years and require continuing education courses. Additionally I am involved in weekly confidential staffing of cases with a group of my peers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a value that is hard to quantify in working with a professional who has seen thousands of clients, but is able to stay fresh.
