My approach to coaching, yoga, reiki and meditation is ALWAYS based on client's needs. My goal is connection: connection to the mind, connection to the body, and connection to the world we live in. My sessions are described as personal, adaptive, and inclusive. I love to see others discover their infinite potential, both on and off the mat/table. I strives to create a safe space where all people feel inspired, grateful, and limitless. I love that moment when my clients realize their potential. Our bodies are the most incredible instruments!! I really enjoy yoga with Celeste. She is an awesome yoga instructor. She set up a conference call before we started yoga to shape our classes to what we were wanting. She is really good at modifying poses for the different ability levels in our group and structuring the classes for us. I am so glad I chose Celeste as our yoga instructor!
