Mark did a fantastic job repairing some plumbing for my washing machine. He didn't know what he was getting into due to a leak. He gave me a worse case scenario just in case. Fortunately, it wasn't real bad but at least I was prepared. He also took care of a couple other things and did a fantastic job. His work is A+ and treats everything as he would treat his own. I will definitely use Mark again and highly recommend him. Thank you!

Mark did some fantastic work on my super-heavy, wrought iron door. The closer had broken off and I attempted to install a new one, which was a fail. So I reached out to Mark, who was able to fit me in the next day. He advised that since the door was so heavy, two closers were probably necessary. He installed them both and now the door has never worked so well! Mark will now be my go-to handyman for any work I need done.

I'll echo what others have said with their 5 star reviews. Mark is great and I would recommend him anytime. I had a couple of lingering half done projects that I kept putting off. Since 1978 I have an install for a variety of service providers. The prices that I charge are standardized low side prices for the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation on the phone to get a visual in my head on what the customer is looking for. Set up a meeting to meet with the client to review everything and find out exactly what they want me to do. Set a price for job and agree on it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Science 🧬. School of hard knocks, I learned everything in the field and read up on all new products in my field.
