Mr Whitlow did an excellent job hanging my porch door and a smoke detector. He made sure to let me know the wood door wasn't treated and needed to be if I wanted it to last. I followed his advice. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Listened to what I needed. Excellent job at a fair price. Thank you Mr. Whitlow.

Reached out to him morning of to see if he could hang a chandelier that I tried to put up over the weekend and failed miserably at. I was expecting to not be able to get on his schedule for a couple days to a week, but he was able to work me into his schedule day of (and earlier than he originally said 😊). He was able to take down what I screwed up, correct it all (excess cord and chain), and re hang the chandelier in an hour. So nice to have someone to help with all the fixes and projects around my house now at a great price!

Mark takes the extra time to ensure every detail is addressed. He was also flexible to work with us on changing from our original plan. He is very friendly and knows his stuff. I will use Mark again in the future.

My house was poorly flipped before I bought it. I had issues with most of my doors in my house. He came in and walked me through all the changes he was going to make. Got my approval on all the changes and showed me things I might have missed to get approval. He did great work and now all of my doors work great in my house!

Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • Interior door (e.g. bedroom door, closet door) • Basic door (swings open and shut) • Wood • Problems shutting the door • Weatherization (e.g. block drafts) • Home
