Mr. Ross responded immediately to my request and was straight forward in his responses to my questions about the virus on my computer. The work to repair the computer only took a couple of days and was returned completely fixed and at the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ross for any computer repair service.

John was quick to respond to my search for a virus removal on my computer. While he gave me an average of 24 hour turnaround, he had my computer cleaned and ready to pick up in a matter of a few hours. You also can't beat his solid price. He knows his stuff and knows most computer repairs won't take him that long... he doesn't try to upcharge his customers for small or big repairs. Not only do I recommend John, I plan to use him in the future for any other computer repairs.

fixed issues on two computers quickly. Showed up on time. Very easy to work with. Saved us $300+ with free soft ware comparable to Microsoft Office vs unsupported Microsoft Office version . Prices reasonable.
