We needed a consultation before the work could be done to determine the materials needed and the scope of the work. Our tech was very nice, but she didn't have enough information to do anything yet. She gave us some good ideas for how to complete the job. Any fees for consultation should be included in the total amount charged at the end of the job, if we decide to go ahead with what was discussed.
