- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are sometimes discounts depending on what I choose, such as anniversary times of being in business and more I offer every now and then. Watch for my specials!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a phone consult where you explain your problem area(s) and why you need this addressed. My work is 100% confidential and nonjudgmental. Next, if you make a decision that my services would be an improvement to you; this is when I would schedule an appointment for my on-site consultation. The On-site, 30-60 minutes will need an assessment/plan of action consult. This is when I would visit your home or office and we would look at all of the problem areas we discussed on the phone. I will tailor a design and a plan of action that will suit your needs for each spot. At that time I would also estimate the time it would take to finish the task. Once you sign my agreement we will begin Organizing and de-cluttering! I expect half of the money upfront and the rest at completion.

I have always been a very organized person and I have done some training online with Certified Professional Organizers
