- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we are at 95.00 an hour on the lower spectrum of billing. I just wish that folks could understand theres more to operating a service company than showing up.We are day in and day out exsposed to the risk of injury or death. At times the clock may run long. Its the only way to safely guarantee a solution for the customer and that my people are respected and return safe to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
find a level of trust qnd comfortability. Im not responding to upsell. im there to give my customer a honest assessment. We know going in we are there to perform at 100 percent. To provide a safe and long term resolution . im a better electrician than a salesman. I try to see a new customer,repeat customer, all customers are pleased they chose us over the others. We dont attempt to make the problem your experiencing worse.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ANSI fire protection. Block and associates masters license. 33 years in residential service, commercial service and electrical construction.
