Did such a nice job on one house, we had him do another. (leaf removal, readying for winter, mowing). Will definitely call on him again. He responded promptly and showed up when he said he would.

There was some confusion on the work to be done, and the original quote was much higher than expected. Once the error was recognized they got right back with me, even offered first mow for free. If you are looking for a lawn service I would definitely give Oliva's a try.
