- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate of $120 to mount a TV, this includes hanging the TV on the wall with a customer provided mount. Additional charges: $35 for a wire concealment consists of hiding the wire behind the sheetrock for a clean look. $35 dollars to install on brick, or stone. $35 dollars for any Job further than 25 miles from zip code 66227 If you have all 4 options I will give a $20 dollar discount on the TV mount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over the project with each one of my customers and verify what they want before we complete the work that is requested. Once complete I make sure they are 100% satisfied before we collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 8 years of experience in TV mounting for both residential and commercial applications. We have over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, roofing, and painting.
