Cara is the best yoga instructor I've ever had! Her knowledge was diverse enough to work with me through prenatal, postnatal, and regular yoga, as well as train my husband who has wrist pain all in the same session. She is a very skilled and educated yogi. I highly recommend working with Cara if you can!

We have really enjoyed Cara's yoga classes here at MMGY Global! Everyone looks forward to a little relaxation and exercise each month. I enjoy how each class gradually gets to a more difficult level. This is my first experience with yoga and I feel as though I've learned a lot. Thanks Cara! :)
