FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although my price may not be the cheapest around -- but that is because I provide professional grade images and video, not a hobbyist style output. I am willing to work with my clients to meet their end result, and I can get them there. I am extremely passionate, therefore a perfectionist, about providing quality products. Make no mistake in your choice on who you hire, hire a professional that you can trust. I am not in this just for the money, this is a passion of mine and I want to create the best possible output for my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process working with a new client is creating a relationship and a certain level of trust. We look for long term relationships, which start off with gaining the trust of one another. Without having the honest approach and building communication, a good working relationship is not possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Kansas and received my B.S. in Civil Engineering. I passed my Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam my Junior year on my first attempt. Fast forward to four years out of college, I passed my Professional Engineering (PE) exam my first attempt, and became a Professional Engineer. Although this does not necessarily apply to photography and videography, it shows that I am responsible, trustworthy, honest, have integrity and commitment for all aspects of my life. My passion for photography and videography started very early in life, and have been self made to this point. With my passion, my abilities to provide high quality images and video in high resolution formats, in focus, sharp, and making sure the subject or story is told in a professional manor has put me well beyond the competition.
