- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with new catering customers, we like to have a face-to-face meeting. It is an opportunity for us to gain an understanding of them, get a real feel for what they need from us as their caterer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a wide range of experience and training, from working around the country at a variety of different restaurants to self-taught skills, to formal culinary training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many types of customers, including small local business, larger corporate companies, private individuals, local non-profits, pharmaceutical representatives, theatrical touring companies.
