After having another Electrical Company not even show up, I was starting to worry if I was going to be able to find someone to do my repairs. I found Electrical Specialist online by chance and with in hour I had a repair date set and knowing the exact cost of the repair. Both of the Repairman that came out Colton and Isaac were professional and answered all of my questions, and got the job done quickly. I am happy with this company's work and the professionalism of its employees. I will be using their company in the future. They have definitely earned a loyal customer.

After I posted my electrical project around 1:00PM Brandon contacted me immediately to inquire about my needs. He made an appointment for someone to come at 2:00 PM. Colten came right on time. I explained what I wanted. It took about 45 min to an hour. So between 1pm to 3PM the project was complete. Amazing! And the bill is what I expected to pay to replace a ceiling light 2 light switches and 4 outlets. Great job Brandon, Colton and Electrical Specialists. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest contractor out there. if you are shopping for bottom dollar I am not your guy. I pride myself in the quality of my work, and like to think I have an eye for Aesthetics. You will definitely get what you pay for and all my work is warrantied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen. Tell me what you want or are looking for, and I will do my best to brainstorm the most efficient solution. I want you to get what you are after. After all that is the point!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Topeka Area VoTech for Electrical. I worked many years for a large local contractor and spent a few years with a small company. I hold a Masters Electrical License, a contractors license and am insurred.
