- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically do not charge for estimates on jobs. If there is an estimate fee it is waived if we are hired for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a lot of questions so that our customers get what they want. We try to prioritize new customers' needs so they feel appreciated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certificates for applied electronics. I have a bachelor's degree in the technology field. I have worked as a cabinet maker, and a field repair tech for several major corporations, a furniture delivery tech, and my hobbies include home improvement and renovation.
