We had a section of carpet that needed re-stretching and tacking -- a very small job. Mark's man came in and made it like new; and although it took little time, Mark came by to check how it went. Totally professional; estimated labor on another small job to be done. Next time, he gets the big jobs!

My basement had water in it after a heavy rain. Mark came by and inspected the gutters and suggested the 4 inch size gutters and down spouts did not carry the water away from the house. He put in 6 inch gutters with buried drain pipes to take the rain water away from the house and we have had no water in the corners of the basement and we have had a lot of rain to test the new gutters
