My basement had water in it after a heavy rain. Mark came by and inspected the gutters and suggested the 4 inch size gutters and down spouts did not carry the water away from the house. He put in 6 inch gutters with buried drain pipes to take the rain water away from the house and we have had no water in the corners of the basement and we have had a lot of rain to test the new gutters

Miguel did a fantastic job! I love the tile he did to my fireplace. It's perfect and he is very detailed. I will be sure to use him again for other tile projects throughout my house.

We remodeled our kitchen and Benchmark property helped by tearing out our old backsplash and installed our new. It took a little longer then expected due to tear out but it was installed well and very polite and respectful service at a reasonable price. I would hire them again for another job.
