- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand that you are the critical part in this process, that you have a very personal story - your life story - and that you must convey portions of that story to me. Some people are naturals at that process and others need some guidance. Therefore, I provide an open but warm space for you to tell the parts of your story that you want me to know. Gentle guidance is provided as needed.
