They had the most competitive price for a guttercleaning and were able to send someone out same day that I viewed the quote and wanted to make an appointment. They were communicative about arrival time, and the best part is that I didn't have to be present for the appointment! So no missing work. They sent before and after photos. I was very happy with their work and highly recommend them! I hope to do some power washing with them in the springtime.

Jake was wonderful and incredibly helpful. He worked with us to make sure that our house was taken care of and he also worked with us to make sure that the finances were accommodating to a house full of college students. I would HIGHLY recommend Jake! I will suggest him in the future to anyone that is looking for window or house washing.

I can't say enough good things. Saylor and Kaden were wonderful; incredibly friendly and professional. My house looks so clean especially the deck. They truly cared about the quality of work. I had them wash my house, garage, deck, clean out my dryer vents and gutters. I felt like what I paid was a great value for what I got in the end. Had to have a drive power washed and degreased in a short period of time. Grease was super thick from a BBQ smoker. Their crew was there on time, worked for hours to do a complete job and were very professional. I was impressed with how hard they worked.

We are so happy we hired Curb Appeal for Christmas Lights and for a Dryer Vent cleaning for our home here in Topeka. The Christmas lights were so bright and elegant, our neighbors were jealous! I was also amazed how much stuff came out when Curb Appeal cleaned our dryer vent. It looked like a furry rabbit sized lint ball. I highly recommend them!!

We make sure to get to know your project goals before we give you a price. Our pricing is determined by the project, so smaller projects have smaller prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new people, and learning how we can solve a problem. First, we connect with you either over the app or by phone. We want you to know we got your request, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you. Depending on the project, most of the time we prefer an in person estimate, so we better learn your goals of the project. Then, we can either give you a price on the spot, or send to you in an email so you can better make your hiring decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, before we started offering service to customers, I made sure I was professionally trained, and also preformed services on my home first. If it not good enough on my home, we certainly wont do the service on your home. For our technicians, we first send our techs to the right training courses in the industry, and earning certifications in industry multiple associations.
