I hired Michael to fix my leaking water service line. He was professional and on time for the day they allocated to fix the problem. They replaced the fitting that hooks my water line to my house and they thought the problem was fixed. The next day the hole they dug is full of water. I texted Michael to let him know the day after they were out and he said he would be back out that day to look at it. It has been 3 days since the attempted fix and I have heard nothing from Michael, I've texted, called, and even messaged via Thumbtack. I've already paid this guy for the original work, however the problem is still continuing. Now I will have to try and find a different plumber to fix my water line.

We charge 70 hr but we realize not everyone has a stockpile of money so we will work with anyone on price
