FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is not complex but additional information is frequently needed. Prices will vary depending on venue size, number of guests, number of performance hours (5 hours is average) and lighting arrangement. Example- You cannot provide a quality reception for 350 guests with the same amount of equipment you would provide for 100 guests. We set our goals for premium gentle sound evenly during dinner and later in the evening give you the dance and party to remember.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Arrange to meet a couple and have a good conversation regarding their day. 2) Listen to their thoughts. Some people may need a little more help than others as most have never planned such a big "party" before. 3) If we are a good fit, provide an easy to use, step by step online process that is a good platform for most everyone. 4) Have a detailed client review to verify the details of the day about 2 weeks before the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Read, Read and Read more. My most recent endeavor involved wireless technology which has improved dramatically. This has allowed me to remote my Bose Speakers easily and strategically to take advantage of the best acoustic possibilities for each room. The improvement in volume control during dinner and the transition to the special dances and open dancing is incredible. Most often, there are compliments regarding both song selection and perfect volume levels for visiting during dinner. This is 75% of the makeup for a great reception.
