- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t think that photography should be considered a luxury. Everybody deserves good quality photos for a reasonable price. I have my set pricing, but if somebody really wants a photoshoot and can’t afford it, I will still make it happen!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a questionnaire, it’s just one page and it helps me get to know you a bit better! It covers the expectations for the shoot and even asks what kind of music you like, so I can make a playlist prior to the shoot :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with somebody that has a lot of love for what they are doing! I have met many other photographers and I can tell when they still have the butterflies for photography & when they don’t, and their work definitely reflects that!
