I had been without a dryer for over a month. Sears cleaned the inside vent but wouldn't touch the outside vent. I found someone to clean & repair the outside vent. After that my dryer wouldn't work at all! I called Sears again and they determined the dryer itself was fine - vent was clogged. Caleb came the next day, cleared the impacted lint (from the first guy) and now my dryer is like new.! I wish I would've thought of Thumbtack first! Not only that, but he inspected & cleaned my gas fireplace the same day! Awesome guy, Awesome service! Thank you! Highly recommend & will use again.

I have two dryer vents one upstairs and one in basement. The one in basement had been put in wrong so he ran me a new vent. He cleaned the one in basement and ran a new one for upstairs. His work was neat and cleaned up afterwards. I will call him again to have vent cleaned in future.
