I had Thrasher come out last week and try to convince me that I needed $50,000 work on my foundation. Today, 1-20-26 Groundworks cut that bill in half with a much better support system. Chris Holmes use a laser to check the weaknesses, and explained what was needed to correct the major issues concerning my foundation.

My wife and are are renting a home in McPherson Kansas, and the owner contracted with Groundworks to perform a foundationrepair and a complete encapsulation of the crawlspace underneath. From the moment the crew arrived, we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They kept us informed every step of the way. We were very happy with the process and the results of their work. We would like to give credit to the entire crew, but would like to call out special praise for Wesley, Chase & Will for their professionalism and communication skills. We can't thank them enough! I had a great experience with the crew that waterproofed our basement storage room. Matthew, Bryce and Josh were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and left the area clean when they were done. Brent ClaphanRick DuncanBrent and Rick were great! Very professional and thorough. Rick came and discussed install layout and procedures. Brent after doing an annual service inspection, sat down and explained what they did and made sure I understood the process. Would definitely recommend them!

Brogan and his crew, Aaron, Caden and Jacob did a great job straightening our basement wall. They explained everything before they started and kept me informed throughout the job. They had no problem with me watching them work. They were very professional. I highly recommend this crew. Rick, the CFI, was also great to work with. I felt confident that he was honest in his recommendations. Only recommending the work that needed to be done, but also pointing out things that could be done or not to worry about.
