- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 for 30 minute visit $40 for 60 minute visit $75 for 12 hours overnight with additional $15 for each mid-day visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a "Meet & Greet" (initial consultation) for us to get to know each other and discuss the details. This is also an opportunity for me to meet the pets. They have to approve, too! I have a contract and a vet release if they should decide to hire me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twice, I have taken Horse Care 101 at KState. It was a day-long class with top-notch professionals. Twice I have taken a class from PetTech, Inc. for dog and cat first aid and CPR. I keep it updated every 2 years. I take classes on the internet from highly regarded people who utilize science-based positive, gentle care for cats and dogs and cat and dog body language, along with books.
