- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Office: 70 mins-$85 90 mins-$100 2 hours-$140 Mobile is the same fee, but with a $30 charge for home visit, and $50 for Hotel/Motel/high-rise apts. INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE: Hot Stones, Hot Oil, Aromatherapy, Heat Paks, Hot towels, Warm Eye Pillow, and much more, depending on your massage goal needs. I NEVER upsell, or charge for add-ons. Military/LEO/First Responder/Nurse discount: $10 off any massage. (ID proof required) Couples massages: $165 for 2 people. Couples special is for Mobile only. (each person receives 65 mins). Mobile to your home or office: Add $30 for set up, break down & round trip gas fee*. Mobile to your Hotel: Add $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a medical intake over the phone, to even see if my services will be sufficient for them and will meet their specific needs and goals. Then when I meet them face to face, I do a S.O.A.P. note, (an acronym for subjective, objective, assessment, and plan), document their focus areas and ask if they have any questions for me. It's a great way to get your client comfortable with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with top honors at Everest College, in City of Industry, CA. 4.0 9 1/2 months of schooling, plus countless hours of volunteer work. Text book knowledge, hands on, etc. Really, my clients teach me everyday. That is why I love them so much. Experience is a great teacher. Always learning...
