Tankless water heater not flowing, he cleared the filter & checked all water outlets. Answered all our questions. Best water flow since installation. Good price, THANK YOU! Never contacted for plumbing services on line before , but it worked great.

Before deciding on what I actually wanted done (tank or tankless installation), I had a few questions and wanted to speak with someone. However, I work in a busy office, so I didn't really have time during the work week to call and ask questions. I e-mailed the company and asked if I could call on a Saturday morning to speak with a live person. I received an immediate response, yes, call anytime. I spoke with Lance on Saturday morning, he was very thorough, spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and answered all my questions. He texted me at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning to confirm our appointment for installation, he showed up at the scheduled time (very important to me), got right to work, explained what he was doing and why, gave me instructions on lighting the hot water heater, and he even gave future instructions for maintenance of the hot water heater. He was very helpful. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire Westside Plumbing again and I will certainly recommend Lance to my friends and family.

Westside Plumbing installed a sink and faucet in my kitchen. The quality of work and the price were excellent. The only negative was that they called the day of my appointment and said they would have to push the work back one day. It caused a little more inconvenience but all in all it was a good experience and I would use them again.
