We have treated her home twice and would have came back until they were gone. We extend our warranty 90 days from retreatment date. This insures that we never leave anyone with bed bugs or charge for retreats. After she got her retreat she stopped payment on the rest of her payments that we financed for her with No interest. We did our best and she refused to follow the directions saying she paid to much to have to see a bed bug after her treatment even tho it was explained to her that she would most likely see a bed bug after the treatment . And the way she was eligible to get a retreat. She was told if she saw a bedbug after the treatment she would put it in a glass for us and watch it to see how it survived. A bed bug can live for a year on their last meal we were asking her to wait from 2 to 14 days to see if it died because if it wasn’t affected with Apprehend it would live for a year in the glass. That would show us if treatment had any issues that required a retreat. She agreed to it she called us on our answering service which all phone calls are recorded for training purposes. I talked to her for 45 mins about how the treatment worked. She was offered the more expensive heat treatment option that guarantees to 100 % eliminate all bed bugs and their eggs over night but went with our Apprehend treatment over cost and ease of prep. Both treatments are very successful. Its just a little different how you get there. This lady knew what she was doing she thought she would play a scam on us cause she stopped payment on her check right after the retreatment. So she isn’t out out a penny cause she stoled from my company. We are taking her to small claims court and after reading all these lies she has said especially about her wallet being stolen iam seeking legal representation about her lies and slander. Reading her lies was the first time I heard about this stolen wallet. I will ask anyone reading these lies she wrote if a company came into your home stoled your wallet would you be demanding your down payment back or calling the police. I bet when the police look into this and they will I bet it will show that she never stopped. her credit cards , had to have a new drivers license issued or a police report about this supposed theft. Its one thing to try to run a scam to her a free bed bug treatment but to call an employee of mine a thief that i have know since he was 14 never been in trouble. Actually that tech that worked her home has been with me for 9 years without any complaints. So i will be seeing her in court cause shes going to pay for services rendered and for the lies she said on her on writing.
