We appreciate that he came out before the actual cleaning. He was very attentive & took his time going thru the rooms. Made sure to not miss anything taking our questions at hand. This was just the walk thru & carpet cleaning to come not soon enough but we have to wait, due to other things taking priority.

We have two children and three dogs, which means our carpets take a beating on a regular basis. Our yellow lab, who is older, cannot seem to hold her bladder like she used to and has accidents during the night or when we are not home. With young children crawling and playing on the floors I do my best to keep the floors clean. A clean smelling house is also important but with animals that's a little more of a daunting task. I've tried all the home remidies to remove odor from carpets, unfortunately all these do is mask the smell not elimate the cause. I then decided to have someone come in and clean my carpets professionally and On Target did an amazing job at a great price. They used a pet odor solution to remove stains and you could physically see the solution bubbling up and cleaning that particular area. Their team was very knowledge and took time to explain the process as well as to show me what happens underneath my carpet as it relates to stains. They were timely and effciant, my carpets looked new again, and best of all the dry time was amazing. Meaning we didn't have to wait hours before walking on the carpets. Thank you On Target Cleaning!
