- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free. I only charge by the job not the square feet. Please do not tell me how much you think my work is worth once I’ve given you a quote. I see cleaning from a different perspective and know that I’m going beyond and above every time for every customer. However if you’d like to tell me how much you’re willing to spend, I’ll be more than happy to let you know how much I’m willing to do for that amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a time and date to come out and give a free estimate. I will call or text you just as I’m about to arrive. Introduce myself and take my shoes off if asked to. I will ask for a walkthrough so I can get a clear (written) detailed understanding of exactly what you are wanting done in each room. When I return on the day of service I always ask where you would like for me to start if you are home. I supply everything unless you prefer me to use something in particular.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of professional experience but have been cleaning for over 20 years.
