- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although the amount of time and research required to write a quality resume and cover letter vary from client to client, I have created a bundle to simplify your experience: -an individual resume or cover letter price will vary from $80-120 (depending on career level) -my resume/cover letter/thank you letter bundle is available for $130
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I will start with an initial phone consultation where I gather some basic information and we align our expectations for the project. I then begin to research documents including the client’s old resume, the job advertisement, and synthesize them into a draft for the client’s review. Communication is constant and key! I work for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Professional Writing from the University of Western Kentucky. I also write resumes and cover letters for a career coaching service.
