Paz was great. He actually came to me early because he finished up a previous job sooner then expected. He contacted me with great communication to make sure it worked with my schedule. Although the appliance I wanted repaired was way beyond help, he was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations on finding a replacement. I will definitely be using for other future jobs. DON’T SCROLL ANYMORE I am a very busy mom and not someone to ever write a review but Mr. Paz deserves my time to review his amazing service. Our dryer broke over a weekend and I reached out on a Sunday. We weren’t sure if we wanted to replace the appliance or repair it. He agreed to come out the next morning and give us his best assessment of our situation. He arrived punctually and diagnosed our problem. We decided to have him repair our dryer. He ordered the part but with an upcoming trip, our dryer wouldn’t be able to be repaired until we returned due to delivery date of the part. The part came in early and instead of waiting until we came home from our trip, Mr. Paz sent me a text and said he could come within the hour to put the part in. Having someone care so much about an inconvenience in our family was heartwarming. Our dryer was fixed by noon two days before we left for our vacation! We will use Mr. Paz for all appliance repairs in the future!
