Paz was extremely helpful in answering a number of questions I had about how my new dryer was installed. I was unsure if it was installed correctly, but he was patient and very kind and answered all of my questions. It turns out an in person appointment wasn’t even needed, but he still assisted me. Will definitely be contacting him in the future if I need any physical repair work.

I appreciate that Paz was honest with me. My 2006 dishwasher needed to be replaced as Paz checked online that the part needed was no longer made. He gave me three brands that he recommends and two brands to avoid per his repair experience. I will call on him again without hesitation!

My microwave quit a week before Thanksgiving. It’s a high end Bosch build on microwave so not an easy fix. I called the company I had used for appliance repairs I the past and they were not able to come to see it until after thanksgiving. Paz responded right away and was at my house a day later. He was very professional— knew immediately what the problem was, gave me a few options about repairs and help me address the problem that day. His service cost was about a 1/3 of what I typically expect to pay the other service provider. I highly recommend Paz for appliance repairs. He is a hidden gem!
