The cleaning lady who showed up did an excellent job. However, she was really quite late. I think it was her first job of the day.
Once I got past that, I felt grateful that I trusted her around items in the house. She responded to my requests and used some of the eco-friendly products I supplied. She was very pleasant and polite.
She did a great job cleaning what I asked her to do. If she had been on time (or closer to it), I would have given this service five stars.

We had family come in town for the holidays. Due to the size of the group we knew various family members would stay with us and occupy our home. Our normal cleaner could not get us in with short notice and after talking to my neighbor we gave them a try. They had 2 cleaners out to our home in less than 6 hours and boy did they make our house like new. Even organized the kids toys by most recently used. Stacey went as far as taking the TV off the stand to clean under it and not around it. Just went above and beyond!! On the day after Thanksgiving when our family left, they came right back out and cleaned again to put our home back to normal and again under 24 hours notice. Needless to say, you guys are now our new primary cleaners going forward! Great job Stacy and Lenn and Cleancincinnati overall. Happy to see you back close to Christmas! Cheers!
