Introduction: Imagine, if we start now what we will have accomplished by New Year's when everybody else is JUST GETTING STARTED!!! I always try and make these last months of the year count for me as I like to workout a lot in the fall and winter when there is nothing else to do outside!
I do a combination of high-intensity aerobic/cardio (for the weight loss) and basic weight training/lifting techniques to build muscle. If your schedule is a busy one, we can accomplish what we need to twice a week together, with you doing a third cardio workout on your own. I prefer to have you three times a week, but that's a great way to get started. I will do a full written workup on you for both your fitness and nutrition program ($50) when we meet initially and charge $30 per session (at least two to three sessions per week) for each workout thereafter. I am in both the LA Fitness and Fitworks Systems and Planet Fitness and can work out at those gyms with you if you have a membership there. If not, we can look at making another arrangement that is more conducive to your schedule and location. I live in Florence by the way, but can travel to pretty much anywhere in the City.
