Jim was absolutely fantastic. He was very responsive and quick to schedule when we requested work. In addition, he was very helpful and patient with us as we needed to pick out a trim for our edges. We picked out the wrong trim but Jim offered to go to Home Depot to find the right one for us which we really appreciated. We also weren't sure if we ordered enough tile sheets for the backsplash but Jim made it work with his craftiness and ability. We were very happy with the end result!

Jim stepped in to help us out at the last minute and we so appreciate it. We have had several issues with tile installers and contractors, completing their work. With the holidays quickly approaching, we were in a bit of a scare that our kitchen wasn’t going to be done. Jim not only responded quickly, he was at our home in 3 days, and completed the job same day. We will absolutely use him again.

Jim was very responsive from the first step, submitting a bid and very accurate on time frame. My backsplash is beautiful! He helped me with advice and suggestions - I used shell tile which is thin and a bit more difficult to use - and he did a great job!

I needed shelves and medicine cabinet hung on porcelain tile and grout repaired. Jim responded quickly and professionally. His price to do the work very reasonable, he showed up on time, did what I asked and more. He is everything you want a professional to be and he is awesome to talk to, very personable!
