Blake and his team were so friendly and helpful. We purchased a home with serious mild damage that was covered up by the seller. Once we discovered the problem, ServiceMaster quickly helped remove the mold and clean up the interior portions of our home. We reached out to Service Master Restoration by BTM after another water mitigation company failed to meet our expectations. My husband and I were looking for a second opinion but we were very concerned about choosing the wrong company for the second time. When I called Tessica answered and she was very understanding of my apprehension. She answered some questions and then put the water mitigation inspector, Alex, on the phone. Alex did not pressure me. He asked to come out and see our home free of charge so that he could give honest feedback of the approach his company would take to remediate the water damage from the a water line. Alex came out to our home and inspected the three floors that were impacted. Alex was professional; he listened to me explain what happened and he was attentive as I explained the areas of concern where the previous mitigation company failed to listen and take action. Alex checked everything that we asked him to check and then he checked even more. Alex found a wall that was still wet that my husband and I did not even point out and the first company overlooked. I really appreciate that he he identified this additional area as the safety of my family depends on our home being dry and safe. Alex also confirmed other ares that the first company said were dry were not actually dry. Even more important to us was that Alex acknowledged that areas we were concerned with would need to be checked. Alex cleared the need to remove additional flooring, walls, a portion of the ceiling, a vanity, flooring, and insulation with our insurance company. These were all items the first company refused to check even after we asked repeatedly and water marks were visible. Tessica called and scheduled us an appointment with the remediation team. Josh Schumacher and Collin were our remediation team. Both of these men were professional and attentive as we once again explained what happened. Josh had notes from Alex but he still listened to everything we had to say and he was very reassuring that him and Collin would make sure our home was dry and safe. The two of them answered any questions we had during the process and they treated our property with respect as they deconstructed the wet areas of our home. The two of them also cleaned up after themselves as they went along. When they finished everything on their list they asked us if we had any other areas of concerns. I informed Josh that there were still spots in the basement that needed to be checked. I told Josh that Alex had already gotten approval for these items to be checked. Josh said it was not a problem and he would reachg out to Alex after I showed him were the areas were. I appreciate that Josh listened to me, checked the area, and then corresponded with Alex. The reprsentative of the first company we called tended to ignore our thoughts. Alex confirmed that these areas had been approved for work and apologized that the information was left off the report. This could have caused my husband and I additional stress but because of how Josh and Alex handled the situation we felt no increased stress. Josh and Collin found water and wetness in the areas we were concerned about. They safely removed our vanity to find that water had settled under the vanity. Josh and Collin set up the air movers and humidifiers and they walked us through everything they had deconstructed. They also fogged areas with antimicrobial. The two of them asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving. Kevin came out the following day to check the wetness ratings of the material in our home. He moved a few blowers around and he was willing to check every area I asked him to check. Kevin was very understanding of our desire to make sure our home was safe. Josh came out the next day as we had indicated we are normally home during the day but we happened to be gone when he arrived. He reached out to us on the phone and he made arrangements to come back later that day. Our overall experience with Service Master Restoration by BTM was very good.

After using a competitor 1st, we called ServiceMaster Restoration as a second opinion backup after not being completely satisfied with our 1st choice in the mitigation process. The 1st company we used relied heavily on moisture readers technology and not on the knowledge of their customers (us) who had visual and documented knowledge of what the house looked like behind the walls as it was being built. Alex did an amazing job by accessing the water damage done to our home and ensured he had full knowledge of our situation and our concerns before their mitigation process began where the other company left off. Josh Schumacher and Collin went the extra mile to ensure that our house was bone dry and mold free! Josh was extremely polite and had excellent communication skills to work around our schedule for service. Alex and Josh both showed compassion by listening to our concerns and inspected multiple locations of our concern that still were wet a week later after the 1st competitor company crew left. Josh left us completely satisfied and gave us the peace of mind to begin the restoration process and to get our house back to the state before our unforseen disaster due to faulty installed plumming. If you have any Disaster Emergency needs, I would call ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM!

My water tank blew and caused flooding in my basement. Service Master was out here right away and did a great job! I highly recommend this company.

ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM did water restoration work for me after a pipe to my hot water heater broke. They did an excellent job cleaning up and restoring my basement. Josh Schumacher and Jason did an excellent job moving things, setting up fans, and explaining all that they would be doing. Josh Schumacher followed up at my home for the next 3 days, and applied the antimicrobial agent and even moved my things back where they belonged. They were both excellent at their job, and I am very pleased with the work done by this company. Special thanks to Josh. He is a true asset to the company.
