- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Venterprise MSP typically charges on a Flat Rate Fee Base. We provide bottom line pricing so you don't have to worry about adjustable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work on a 3 phase system. Phase 1 - Customer Intake and Questions - allows us to determine the scope of the services needed and if we are a good fit for your project on our end. Phase 2 - Planning and Scope of Work- this process will allow both Venterprise and the Customer to plan dates and layout the work to be completed. Phase 3 - Execution and Review - we act on the agreed plan and complete the work. After the work is completed, we meet to make sure you are satisfied with the work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring a combined 100 years of IT experience with our sales and engineers. We also have 1 masters degree, 2 bachelors degrees, 3 associates degrees in the IT profession field.
