Introduction: I have an extensive background and a wide variety of knowledge in different fields of business. My current role consists of many human resource and legal functions, such as working with the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Foreign Asset Control, and recruiter training. My responsibilities include compliance in all legal requirements for hiring and employment. I offer employment authorizations, training over 200 employees on human resource systems, processes and procedures. I am also in charge of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit program. I create and provide analysis on surveys using SurveyMonkey to track attendance and to receive feedback on our training sessions. Prior to my current position, I have held different positions in which my experience has been in the sales and marketing field at EMC Corporation, a Fortune 500 company that is in the data storage business, and IPC Power Resistors, which business is manufacturing and selling power resistors. I have utilized my sales and marketing skills to generate leads to track leads and sales and to help the company obtain clients. I have had experience in finance and accounting for most of my career. I was a project financial analyst at Kendle International, which is a clinical research organization, and where I have extensive customer relationships with companies, such as Pfizer and Eli Lily. Budget creation and analysis and change in scope tracking were a big part of my responsibilities. I have had years of experience in the human resource field, which includes payroll, employment authorizations, onboarding, employee welfare, and training, and I have knowledge of HR laws and regulations as well as EEOC regulations in a corporate and manufacturing setting. I have had experience as an office manager and over 15 years of customer service experience. I have owned and operated an in-home learning center where I managed all accounting functions of the business, created lesson plans and provided a fun and safe learning environment for children.
