In my 20 years as a homeowner this was the best experience I’ve had with a service company. They provided excellent communication from the time I scheduled the appointment to the 30 minute heads up phone call prior to their arrival. EJ the technician was very informative about preventive maintenance and had a full warranty with the repair.     $89 Service Charge covers technician coming to your home and diagnosing appliance. Discounts for Military/Veterans, Fire, Police, Teachers, and Seniors.

    Customer requests service. We call to confirm appointment. We send a 3 hour timeframe by text and also text when we are on the way. We service. You pay. That simple
