I was searching for a trainer to come to my home and tried Charlie. From the first visit I knew this was perfect. He is professional, attentive, an expert in his field, and is very attune to what your goals are, limitations, and has introduced me to new exercises and cardio activities I had never tried before. That makes it fun! I have gone to gyms and trained with others but Charlie bringing his equipment to me, guiding me and encouraging me is the best! In one week I felt and saw results. Highly recommend.
All of the trainers at Man 'o' War crossfit are great! They are knowledgable, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Would reccomnd to this gym to anyone!

Mark has been my trainer for about 6 months and there has not been a single session that hasn't been worth the time away from my busy schedule. Every session is in line with my individual goals, different from the last, fun, and a heck of a workout. As a female, having a male trainer as athletic and knowledgable as Mark can be intimidating at first glance but you will never feel so fit, BE so fit and have such a great time in the process. No longer am I intimidated to pick up those weights at the gym and get to work! Best trainer ever!
GIna has been my trainer since July of 2014. I started as an out-of-shape new mother that needed a serious confidence boost. I found Gina at the gym that my husband goes to, and started her Boot Camp clases. She did a physical fitness test the first class, then did one two months later to asses my gains. I had lost weight, by BMI had gone down, my cardio was much better, and I excelled in all areas tested including pushups, jump rope, wall sit and plank time. She was so motivational and supportive, walking me through every technique and explaining the benefits of every exercise. I also hired her for personal training to help me with strength and weight lifting. I saw immediate gains in strength and weight loss. She is so knowledgeable about the body and all aspects of physical fitness. She helped me with my food journal, helping me eat healthier and meeting caloric goals. When I had a question I felt I could contact her any time to discuss concerns. I still attend Boot Camp classes twice per week. I love going and look forward to it more every time. Gina is definitely one of the best, I recommend her classes and personal training program to all my friends and family!
Paul is an awesome personal trainer. He pushes our group to the limit. We get a full body workout every session. We have gained muscle definition and strength. He is very helpful with our nutrition questions. I would highly recommend Paul as a personal trainer.
When I got out of the military I was in very decent shape but it didn't last too long. A few years down the road I realized I might want to drop some pounds since I was short-winded even walking up a flight of stairs. I got in contact with my buddy Lee and he got me on a workout & diet plan right away. Here I am only 6 weeks later and have dropped over 20 pounds while building muscle at the same time. I will never go back to eating the way I used to mainly due to the fact that Lee also taught me appropriate nutrition as well as dieting, he even went to the grocery store with me.
