My husband and I got married in July and we both agreed that out of all the vendors we worked with, DJ Mike was our favorite! From the very beginning, he was super organized and excited to be a part of our big day. He was always willing to meet with us whenever and wherever we wanted. We didn't have alcohol at our wedding so we wanted a DJ that could still get everyone up and dancing and he sure did! Everyone had a blast at our wedding and is still talking about how great the music was and how awesome the DJ was. DJ Mike did the music, was the MC, set up a lit monogram on the wall, and did lighting on the dance floor and all over the room. Also, you cannot beat the price that he offers! I feel like I am rambling but I just cannot say enough good things about DJ Mike Faulkner. Basically, if you are looking for a DJ, hire him! You will be VERY glad you did! Thanks again, DJ Mike!

Mike was an outstanding DJ for our wedding in Lexington! I was a pretty particular bride and had some very specific requests for our first dance and other special songs, and Mike was able to make everything work out for me. He's a great emcee and knows how to interact with the crowd. Everything was tasteful and entertaining at the same time. Mike was diligent in making sure he got everyone's names correct and I appreciated his attentiveness in sticking to our schedule of events. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had during the preparation process. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ and I highly recommend him!

Can't say enough about Mike. He listened to all my wants and don't wants and made it all happen. Through the whole wedding planning process the "DJ" part was one I never worried about because I knew he had it all covered. His music is great and he also has up lighting that makes any venue look even better! Highly recommend using Mike and BMFSoundDesign.

We hired Mike for our wedding DJ services. Quite a few things make Mike's services outstanding. For one he's very personable. His services are extremely affordable and he is extremely organized (which is exactly what every bride wants in a vendor). You can update your wedding day timeline and make special requests at any time on his website! He showed up to our reception early, set up uplighting and even added the letter 'P' to the dance floor for us. The music and special touches like the lighting helped to make our wedding night so memorable. I highly recommend Mike if you're looking for a wedding DJ.

Michael was amazing. Once we booked with him, it was a very easy process for everything else. You pay through his website, and its really easy and straightforward. The website also gives you a planner, which makes it really helpful to make your timeline and schedule for the ceremony and reception. We met in person about a week before the wedding to go through everything, and he was very helpful suggesting music for each event, like the prelude and recessional. Michael showed up very early, as we were having a rehearsal brunch, and he wanted to be there to do a run-through with us. He was excellent at communicating when different dances and events were about to happen, so we stayed on schedule really well. The music he played was well received by everyone and kept people on the dance floor. He was awesome, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
